Sometimes you’d think its easier to paint abstract, but not necessarily (at least for me!)
This painting, somehow, the whole time i was doing it, it reminded me of angels, mainly because of the circles that are kinda halo shaped i guess! I wanted to keep the color palet soft, vibrant and flowy, just like a sunset in heaven, if there is such a thing!
Before painting my “usual” style, i had a lot of fun painting abstract back in the days!
It’s something that sometimes i figured that i “need” to do to let go and reset, before starting another precise painting.
I’m happy to listen to my gut feeling and just do it when it feels right!
