This painting is very dear to me, at the moment, i am not willing to take part with it and honestly, i don’t know if i ever will…
This painting is a world for my cat Harry, who passed away at almost 19 years old in November 2023. It represents his soul being reclaimed by nature (the tree) and carried away to the long Summerland, where he is about to land and be greeted by loving flowers and kind other creatures. I wanted to create a fun and beautiful place for him, where he can rest. Hopefully, i will meet him there again, some day.
I miss him every single day, he was my best buddy, co-pilot in life, best cuddle and lazy boy and so loving and kind, truly a special once in a lifetime connection, my soul animal. I am so thankful to have had the chance to spend so many loving years by his side, he had a long happy life and everyone who ever met Harry knew how special he was and how dear to me he was (still is, forever.)
